Instead of paying for
Each stage hands the next one everything it already knows, so nobody retypes a client, a rate or a line item to move the work forward.
Owned and chased
A proforma out
Converted, not retyped
Chased and matched
For whoever did it
A lead becomes a client without anybody retyping it. From then on the client carries its own history — every quotation and invoice raised against it, what has been paid, the complaints logged, and the notes your team writes but the client never sees.
Every lead is owned by somebody, with the follow-ups logged against it. Transfer it, share it, reopen it — the log says who did, and when.
Raise a proforma and convert it to a tax invoice when the order lands — the same lines, the same figures, a new number.
Payment links, part payments against one invoice, and reminders that chase whatever is still owed.
Punch in from the app, file a daily work report, and ask for leave in the same place the leave is approved.
Salary runs that produce a payslip from the company that actually pays it, with unpaid leave already accounted for.
What was raised, what came in, what it cost and what is still owed — with an export for whoever wants it in a spreadsheet.
Video meetings and calls — peer-to-peer while a room is small, on a media server once it grows — plus messages with attachments and voice notes, a shared calendar and a booking page, against the same client record.
A register of what went wrong, how long it took to settle, and whose error it turned out to be — closed with a satisfaction verdict, and its own log afterwards.
And, on the same record
And six audit logs
A proforma becomes a tax invoice without anybody retyping it, the tax is worked out line by line, and the payment settles against the same document.
Raised from the lead, on Sterling Steel’s letterhead, numbered in the proforma series.
The order is confirmed. The same lines and the same figures take the next number in the sales series — nothing is keyed a second time, and the proforma still points here.
Same state, so it splits. Interstate and the whole thing would be IGST instead — the document decides, not the person typing it.
Matched to INV-41 and settled. A company that would rather check first can make an Admin approve every match instead — it is a setting, not a different product.
Each registered company keeps its own GSTIN, its own numbering series, its own letterhead and stamp, its own bank account and its own billing currency. They never share a number and never print each other's details.
✓ Pays the salaries — payslips are issued from here
Invoices in USD, with an INR equivalent at the live rate
Punch in from the app, file a daily work report, and ask for leave in the place the leave is approved. Approved days come out of a paid-leave account, and whatever the balance cannot cover is named as unpaid when it is approved — not discovered on the payslip.
Every employee gets their own answer for all 28 modules, against view, create, edit and delete — plus sixteen named permissions for the delicate acts, like transferring a client or settling a payment. Copy one person's rights onto another, or onto everybody.
